Wacky Wednesday!!!

It really is a Wacky Wednesday having school at home.
Are you still in your pajamas?

Reading – If you haven’t finished the close read on Irish Immigrants, please do so today. Also, read for at least 20 minutes from your March RQ book. If you don’t have one, read any book for 20 minutes. If you have a sibling at home, you can read to him/her. There is no written assignment.

Race The Wild Arctic Freeze: Work on your novel study. You can work with a friend on the sequencing page.

Life students: How are you doing with your packets? You don’t have to finish those this week.

Math: Open your math book to page 398 & 399. Read the notes that I posted on the blog and watch the brief video.  On a piece of notebook paper, complete the EVEN on page 398 &  399 (1 - 14). I'll post the answers later.

Handwriting – bible verse

Spelling – Your phonics handout should be completed. Continue to practice your words.

Religion - Chapter 15. Read pages 202 & 203. Complete the activity on page 203. Talk with mom or dad if you need help with the activity. I’ll post the highlights.

Grammar – Go on an adjective and article scavenger hunt using your Science book. Turn to any page and read it (just one page.) As you read write down the adjectives you find. How many articles (a, an, the) did you find?  Your parents can email me your work. 

Science – Continued from Monday. Chapter 10 Matter and It’s Properties. Write vocabulary words on page 275. This assignment will be for Monday (3 words) Tuesday (3 words), and Wednesday (4 words).
