STREAM: Halloween style

Unfortunately we weren’t able to have a party, but we did three FUN STREAM activities that included creating a Halloween game (writing procedures), Melting candy corn (chemical reactions and comparing/contrasting), and making spider webs (symmetry and rays). It’s always more fun when learning is “hidden” in an exciting activity.

Congratulations to our costume contest winners!

Saint Project: Due Monday, Oct. 26th

For the past three days, we have been researching and writing about our saints. Today, all the research and your Saint cut-out were sent home.

If you didn’t finish your research, please complete it at home.

You will also complete your project board at home. Be sure to include the following:

1. At least five facts about your saint.

2. Your saint cut-out.

3. A map of where your saint lived and served Jesus or where he or she was born.

4. At least one hand-drawn picture. The rest can be printed.

BE SURE TO COVER UP YOUR ENTIRE BOARD. I’ve attached my example board for you to see.

Bring your costume and completed tri-fold board on Monday.
