Libbyclaire got married!

Libbyclaire and Cameron tied the knot!! (That’s an idiom — figurative language.) Ellie is in the pink dress next to her. Libbyclaire is sending some bubbles back to school with me on Wednesday for everyone. She specifically asked to to give them to you all!

St. Lucy

Today is St. Lucy's feast day.

In Croatia, it's a popular tradition on Saint Lucy's Day to plant wheat grass. It serves as symbol of the new life born in Bethlehem, with a candle sometimes placed in the middle of the new plant as a symbol of the Light of Christ that Saint Lucia brings.

Thank you to Mahea's family for providing the supplies for us to plants wheat grass.
