Remember Sesame Street's Lady Bug Picnic?

Pre-K 3 had a lady bug picnic today in library. We read a book about the Count's counting party, counted to 12, sang the lady bug picnic song, made lady bug costumes, and danced our spots off!

Drones are so cool!

Alum, Justin Abart visited us last week and brought his drone with him. He gave demostrations to 6th, 7th, and 8th graders. He will be returning soon to help the teachers learn more about using drones in the classroom for math, geography, and science.

6th grade Bridge Challenge

Sixth graders were challenged with designing and building a bridge that could hold 30 pounds! It took many attempts at building, testing, and adjusting, but they did it!!!

Game on, Gamers!

Fourth graders are designing and creating their own video games. There are also sewing or constructing a collectable figurine along with a 3D printer power up that is based on one of the states of matter. There will also be a trading card with a QR code for the video game.

Be sure to have your QR scanner app ready on STREAM Night, Thursday, Nov. 15th in the school gym from 5:30 - 7pm so that you can play their games on SketchNation.
