Morning Powwow

Our spelling test is today at 10am in Hangouts. If you took a practice test and made a 100%, please have a parent email me. Otherwise, I’ll see you all at 10am.
We’re also going on a field trip today! We’ll be taking a virtual tour of the Seattle Aquarium. I hope you enjoy it.

Reading - Read Suki’s Kimono (listen and follow along with the youtube video). I have emailed you a Scavenger Hunt. As you read/listen, answers the questions. When you finish your work, put it in your Take Home folder.

Math - Word problem review. Complete Comparison word problems: addition or multiplication to at least 85%.

We will pick back up with Order of Operations after the Easter break. 

Religion -  Read page 225 in your Religion book (The Two Sons). Complete the questions on page 226 to prepare yourselves for Unit 5. 

Science - Study your science vocabulary words for the test tomorrow. It won’t be over the entire unit, just the vocabulary words. 

Grammar - We’re going on a virtual field trip. It will take about 30 minutes, so when you have time today, visit the Seattle Aquarium. After you visit, email me your opinion and what you did or didn’t like (one paragraph, 6 to 8 sentence) about the aquarium, writing in complete sentences and using correct punctuation. This will be a participation grade. If you complete the assignment, you will receive a 100%.

Handwriting - There will be no handwriting this week.

Spelling - Spelling test at 10am on Hangouts.
