In Epic, our scholars have chosen a non-fiction book to read about a famous African American. We're also making a Black History Month (paper) quilt and learning about famous black scientists, athletes, musicians, activists, inventors, politicians, authors, and more!
The quilt will be on display at the front of the school, but I'll post a picture on the blog once it's completed.
