Family Picnic on Thursday

• Students can wear their class t-shirts and shorts Thursday (gym shorts or knee-length shorts)
• Please pick up your child in their classroom and check-in at the check-in table (outside the front door) to receive your meal tickets.  All families who RSVPed will have an envelope with their tickets, if you have not RSVPed please contact Mrs. Trouy in the office asap 901-386-3328. 
• Bring blankets and chairs to enjoy sitting outside and watching your children.
• The teachers are assigned to work stations and will not be supervising your children, please keep an eye on your children and supervise them during the family picnic.
• You may check your children out at any time after the picnic begins.  The picnic ends at 1:00 pm.  Please sign them out at the check-in/out table once you are ready to leave. 
• Parking is only available off Charles Bryant Road.  No parking will be available off Altruria Road.  There is an event in Madonna Hall and the parking lot off Altruria will be reserved for them.  You will be asked to move your car if you park off Altruria Road. 
• E-Care is open Thursday. 
• We are looking forward to a fun picnic!
