Temple Israel Field Trip

We read A Sweet Passover this week, and to wrap up our lesson on Passover, we visited Temple Israel. We learned more about Passover, its traditions, and even words in Hebrew, like Dayenu, which means “it would have been enough”. We had matzo again and bitter herbs (lettuce) and heard readings from the Torah.
