Memorization Tricks

We have been discussing ways to study and learn successfully! We kicked off our morning by breaking in to two groups (except for Sparks). Each group was given three multiplication facts and was asked to come up with a memorization trick to help them learn those three facts. They then presented them to the class (once the Spark plugs returned).

Group #1:
4 x 6 = 24
3 x 9 = 27
8 x 7 = 56

Group #2:
6 x 9 = 54
4 x 4 = 16
4 x 9 = 36
