IXL Reminder

Please remember that you are to practice in IXL for 30 minutes each: 15 minutes in Math and 15 minutes in Language Arts. If you complete the weekly assignment in 10 minutes, you still have 5 more minutes of work to do. Go back a review a previous skills, but do not work ahead.

Again, that's 30 minutes of brain exercise in IXL weekly.

Types of Sentences

        Declarative (Statement) – a sentence that tells something.  

§  Begins with a capital letter.

§  Ends with a ( .). 

                Interrogative (Question) – a sentence that asks   something.

§  Begins with a capital letter.

§  Ends with a ?.
